Matt Kachevas is a superhero of realtors. We listed our house with him in about the worst possible conditions. He was our second realtor and was the polar opposite of our first realtor (who was highly unethical). Matt listened to us, made suggestions, accepted our decisions, and developed a strategy to sell our house as interest rates soared and prices dropped. However, even with those poor conditions, we still got an offer only slightly below asking and well above our lowest acceptable offer. With our first realtor, we had no offers and plenty of looky-loos. With Matt, we had far fewer walk-throughs and multiple offers. He understands minimal staging, internet marketing, home appeal, and comforting potentially nervous buyers. Matt is also willing to put skin in the game–financially and materially. He did not hesitate to spend money on better signage and better photography. He also had a plan about when and where to use drones, Matterport, and walk-through videos. He clearly explains his strategy and does not hesitate to see flaws in his strategy as conditions change. As opposed to a realtor who thinks you must do everything he or she says, he works for you by working with you. I highly recommend Matt Kachevas and his team.

We initially had sold our home to Zillow (back in the day when they were buying homes). Things fell through with them, so we had to find a solution quick. In comes Matt and his team! We were referred to him by a close friend. We called Matt on a Friday and he got back to us that evening (while at his son's Football game mind you) and had a game plan in place. He had a yard sign pounded in the ground the following day, professional photos done, and it listed on MLS in less than 12 hours. Open house the day after that (Sunday). On Monday, we had an offer we accepted! Matt is super friendly, responsive, good communicator and all around fun guy! He worked really hard for us and got things done! Greatly appreciate him and Kendall and can't recommend them both enough!

We definitely recommend working with Matt. He is professional, responsive, and listened to us. We bought a home from out of state and in a hot market. Matt took videos of homes we were interested in and when I flew in he was available to show me homes. We ended up purchasing a newly constructed house, Matt was great communicating with the builder throughout the process and addressing any concerns we had promptly.
